The Tellico Village VFW post held its second annual Golf event on Saturday August 8th at the Toqua Golf Club in Tellico Village. The Successful event yielded an increase in participation over last years outing

The event had 28 Corporate sponsors. At $750 level, our Medal of Honor sponsors were Keller Williams and Providence builders. At $400 Silver Star level we had Bishop Construction, Edward Jones, Lake Home Realty, Lenoir City Ford, Re/Max Excels and Senior Health Specialists. We also had 20 Sponsors at $100 Bronze Star level and several Sponsors who donated gift items. All proceeds go towards helping local Veterans in need.
